They support agencies at both consultant and corporate level as well as contractors, ensuring everyone has an outstanding service. The Role:They pride themselves in a brilliant customer service experience and you will be a part of that. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to their agency partners, taking ownership and resolving queries via email or over the phone. You willmaintain and update information within internal databases and ensure compliance processes are always followed. Who are they looking for:They are looking for someone who is passionate about customer services and able to listen with the desire to help and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will need a positive can-do attitude, while being reliable and punctual. They want someone whocan build rapport with customers, both over the phone and via email as well as working affectively within a team.
