Job Description

Client Relationship Manager - Experis Academy Hybrid 1-2 days in the office, the rest on the road and working from homeUK applicants onlyOTE £70-80k in year 1About us: The Experis Academy brings together industry leading training providers with experts from the most recognised brands Globally, to deliver practical and comprehensive training which helps organisations build the talent they need to bridge the skills gap ofthe future. Our solutions enable organisations to build the talent they need and to bridge skills gaps in their current workforce.The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for selling, developing and retaining new business sales for the Experis Academy service offering and developing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to deliver profitable business.Responsibilities:

  • To identify and increase new business opportunities through proactive sales channels and relationship building.
  • Accountable for delivering the new business sales target for the Experis Academy
  • Increase the number of Experis Academy new customers
  • Achieve minimum expected visit numbers weekly and monthly
  • Developing wide range of stakeholders to sell Academy services too. Maintaining the relationships and networking throughout the market.
  • Meeting with Key Stakeholders face-to-face to educate, sell and promote new business through presentations and account analysis
  • Develop sales campaigns with marketing to drive new business.
  • Plan and deliver multiple campaigns
About you:
  • Experience with selling services, business development and sales is a must. 2 years experience minimum.
  • Excited by business development, proactive and driven.
  • Resilient, Curious and desire to be successful.
  • Willing and able to travel to client meetings on a weekly basis
  • Able to work from one of our local offices once or twice a week
