Job description - Cargo Agent Right Now Group are recruiting for a large cargo ground handler at Manchester Airport!We are looking for cargo agents to join our client due continued growth. The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience with the ability to work well using their own initiative. Any previous cargo experience would be beneficial howevermost definitely not essential.The role is working within a dynamic and fast paced office environment alongside the clients airline partners, ensuring their cargo is delivered safely and securely around the world!JOB SUMMARYYou will be required as a cargo agent to create and update records of all consignments in the airline computer systems and separate and distribute cargo documents according to airline requirements, you will be also expected to serve customers collectingcargo including taking payments of charges and operate a telephone system in a polite and efficient manner. in addition, you will liaise with warehouse staff and drivers as appropriate and be responsible for checking dangerous goods to IATA and AVI checks.JOB REQUIREMENTS
