Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a delivery manager to join a fantastic IT telemarketing company based in Greater Manchester.Salary is £30K. per annum.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing campaigns from the clients from c briefing stage through to delivery.You will compile briefing materials using AI tools, lead agent coordination for effective message delivery to the target audience and ensure campaign goals are met.Working with clients and the Client Success team, providing updates, managing appointments and call reports, and producing detailed wrap-up summaries.Additionally, you will use AI to document and report on campaign outcomes, including tangible results and identified trends or themes.This role is initially office based but after training and when fully up to speed, the role can go hybrid.This really is a fantastic opportunity that offer great support and training with real career progression.

Your experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in an outbound phone-based sales environment (preferably B2B)
  • Experience working directly with clients and providing them feedback and/or updates.
  • Experience mentoring team members to improve performance and results.
  • Experience working to set goals associated with Telemarketing Campaigns.
  • The ability to use multiple IT solutions, including a working knowledge of Database/CRM systems and tools.
