This is where you come inBusiness Development Manager The Role:Reporting into the Managing Director, youll be responsible for identifying and approaching businesses that would benefit from our suite of services, whether thats our recruitment advertising campaigns, our low cost alternative to a traditional recruitmentagency approach or even a bespoke headhunting project.You will identify and introduce yourself to key decision-makers within businesses, understanding their unique recruitment challenges and assessing whether they have a requirement for our support. Youll then build a solution that will add value, introducingthe benefits to the customer, and close the deal.Once closed, youll then liaise with our Client Success team to ensure the customer is onboarded effectively, following up to ensure each account is developed, maximising upsell and cross sell opportunities.Business Development Manager Required Skills & Experience:Were looking for someone who already understands what is required to be a success in a B2B sales role. That means 2-3 years+ and a record of closing new business opportunities and / or developing accounts.Youll show creativity and dynamism, exploring new ways to reach decision-makers via phone, email and social media. Youll be well spoken and confident, able to hold your own in a conversation with CEOs, business directors and heads of department.Ideally, youll have knowledge of the digital advertising and/or recruitment industries (although this is not necessary).
