Job Description

Calling all customer service executives to work for a credible and nationwide known company based in Hale. This company are looking for the perfect individual to add to their empowering team of people. With a salaryof £23k this is a perfect opportunity to excel in a career. What will you be doing as a Customer Service Executive· Working as the first point of contact for key clients calling into the business · Taking responsibility for day-to-day service requests · Allocating operative to complete work needed, ensuring equipment and Vehicles are also allocated · Preparing Health and Safety packs for work completed, ensuring that all records are maintained on the internal job management platform · Supporting the wider helpdesk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries · Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained · Providing support to field-based operatives, taking ownership of requests · Providing general assistance to contract managers and operations director · Managing time effectively to make sure that inboxes are cleared as quickly as possible We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:· Ideally a proven track record working in a customer service role · Excellent Customer Service skills · Strong PC skills, proficient typing, and data entry skills essential · Excellent attention to detail · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Service Executive· Full time role Monday to Friday either 9AM - 5.30PM or 8AM - 4.30PM · Permanent role · Salary up to £23,000 dependant on experience · 33 days leave per annum inclusive of bank holidays · Full Training and Induction period · Free Parking onsite · Contributory pension This would be suitable for a customer service executive, customer service co-ordinator, customer service advisor, if you have worked on any help desks, customer service assistant.
