The firm deals with legal services focusedon the individual with a beliefin being both accessible and personable in their approach.They are certainly a breathof freshair and have grown the business steadily and established a loyal following as a result.The RoleWith a growing list of new clients and continuedreferrals from existingand satisfied customers the team are looking to add aqualified Conveyancer,with applications welcome from qualified individuals seeking either a full-time or part-time role. The workloadwill generally consistof sale and purchase of freehold / leasehold property, transfers of equity, remortgages, newbuilds, right to buy, shared ownership etc. The role is based out of the Alton office. You would be expected to manage your own caseload, withsupport availablefrom a legal assistant also based at Alton.SuitabilityIdeally you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, with a minimum of 2/3yrs PQE, essentially you must have the competence of a fee earner who can work unsupervised and manage your own caseload. The firm is looking for committedand engaging individual who would enjoy being part of a smaller, friendlier (dare I say much happier!) and more entrepreneurial firm.
