Everyone embodies the company culture and values to make every customer’s experience special and our regular 5 star customer reviews are testament to this.What you’ll be doing:As a Personal Finance Broker you will learn to manage your own allocation of warm sales leads from customers who have applied to us for finance. You will qualify their requirements, explain the best finance options available to meet their needs and guide them through their purchase.This is an office based telesales role and there is no cold calling involved but you will need to use your personality and sales skills to liaise with the customer, the lender and the dealer who is supplying the vehicle in order to ensure the customer experience is second to none.Whether you are financing a Jet-ski or a Ferrari, in order to be successful you’ll need to possess an excellent phone manner, have great communication skills (both over the phone and via email) and be computer literate.We are looking for great applicants with a big personality and some relevant sales experience who can demonstrate their ability and desire to succeed in a fast paced and energising environment, is that youThe ideal candidate must have:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have good Maths & English qualificationsThe ability to multi-taskGreat attention to detailBe comfortable working towards targetsEnjoy exceeding customer’s expectationsHave the desire to succeedIn return, for the right applicant we offer:Full training and opportunities for career progressionA healthy basic salary of 18,000 - £24,000pa depending on experience plus an uncapped quarterly bonus with a realistic OTE of £40,000.22 days paid holidayA great working environmentLocation:Based in Alton, Hampshire we are less than half an hour away from Basingstoke, Guildford, Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Petersfield or Winchester and our office is only a 1 minute walk from Alton train station.Hours:We are open 7 days a week and need our staff to be flexible when it comes to working some weekends, however for any day worked at the weekend a day off in the week will be given.
