Job Description

***HR ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY***A hot new HR Administrator vacancy has just landed with one of our top global clients based in Alton/Bordon. This is a varied generalist HR administration role providing support to the HR team, managers and employees across the Company covering all aspects of HR in a growing businessSalary £20-22K + great benefits including 24 days holiday and staff discountsKey responsibilities for the HR Administrator include;

  • Providing administration support for the HR Team
  • Drafting and updating HR template documentation as required
  • Liaising with external agencies, candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Posting vacancies as appropriate externally and internally
  • Organising and maintaining HR Records
  • Producing monthly HR data for payroll purposes
  • Collating information for payroll on monthly changes
  • Preparation of annual salary and bonus letters
  • The ideal HR Administrator will need the following;
  • Administration experience gained in a similar HR related role
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities
  • Excellent IT skills including good working knowledge of Excel to manipulate and analyse data
  • Excellent attention to detail with good numeracy skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a passion to learn
  • Experience in payroll processes an advantage
  • Experience in using HR information systems
  • Hours 37.5 a week Monday to FridayOwn transport needed, free on-site parking
