We are the UK’s favourite bed specialist with over 50 years heritage, more than 150 stores nationwide and a dedicated UK factory in Huntingdon.Across our retail stores, manufacturing site and distribution centres, we employ over 1500 individuals who are all part of our vision to become a market leading beds retailer with a strong omnichannel presence.Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager to provide recruitment administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of the recruitment function.We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our Livingstonstore. For a New AssistantStore Manager we are looking for Retail Management experienced with Big Personalities. People that are passionate about Customer Satisfaction and Service. You will also have a skill for developing your team The Job Role

  • You will play a significant role as one of our key team leaders, selling good quality, excellent value products to our customers.
  • You will have your own sales responsibilities as set by the Store Manager.
  • Develop own initiatives to hit store KPIs and Audit Targets.
  • Complete all New Starter training programmes, with our Great Start Programme.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Your time will be spent working closely with your colleagues ensuring we offer every customer a special in-store experience, helping them find products to suit their needs
