Job Description

Sales Office AdministratorsOur client is recruiting for experienced Sales Office Administrators to provide outstanding sales and B2B Customer Service support to their UK and European Account base.Working as part of the UK/Euro team within the Sales Office at their Head Office in Derbyshire, the roles have sole responsibility for all administrative duties for the assigned UK and/or European territory/territories and the associated external sales team.Benefits

Please note the positions will be based at the offices located close to Junction 28 of the M1 in Derbyshire and wont involve sales-based travel.Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Daily maintenance of stock reports; actioning as required
  • Monitoring location of stock against demand requirements and preparing repositioning data
  • Amend and update all sales orders against inbound shipments noting stock shortages and updating the team when necessary
  • Assist with stock allocation (reservations) against all sales orders
  • Action in season sample requests and create required returns paperwork
  • Co-ordinate sample distribution both direct from factory and from Distribution Centres
  • Create Commercial Invoices, book in stock, raise purchase invoices and invoice all direct from factory sample sales orders, filing all export paperwork and updating distributors with shipping and packing list information
  • Processing and monitoring of urgent ASAP, Pre-Season and sample orders
To join them you must have:Essential
  • Previous experience in a similar analytical administrative position
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines while simultaneously handling multiple projects and priorities
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • A high level of IT competency across the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative
Desirable
  • Experience of using an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision
