Job Description

Blueskies are working exclusively with one of the UKs most well known brands. Their incredibly friendly in-house design department are on the look out for an awesome creative designer to join their fun, fast paced team.The company has experienced consistent growth each year for the past decade, taking the brand to a clear leadership position across the UK & Ireland. Founded in 1969, the brand is now well known across the world of Print, Digital Applications, Online and of course, the ever dependable word of mouth.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on some exciting, challenging and varied projects including ad campaigns, booklets and promotional materials to support their field staff in delivering an exceptional service to all of their customers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Create beautiful designs, across a variety of media, print & digital
  • Ensuring that design deadlines are met
  • Build relationships with BDR Directors, Managers and Staff to ensure the required support levels are obtained to efficiently produced great content and deliver on projects
  • Maintain fluency in current and emerging technologies, trends and products.
    • Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in a creative role as part of a team
  • Be fluent in Adobe CC (In Design, Photoshop & Illustrator) and thrive on creative problem solving
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, with a working knowledge of the pre-press and print process
  • Have proven experience of page layout, including the use of photography and typography
  • Demonstrate a great flexibility and an ability to thrive in a busy environment
