If you do not have a current PIN number you will not be shortlisted, please do not apply for this Registered Nurse VacancyBand 5 Surgery Day Bed Unit (SDBU) / Endoscopy. Full Time (37.5) and part-time (18.75) permanent post .The SDBU supports 3 operating theatres, 1 minor ops room, recovery room and one Endoscopy Room. The unit provides pre and post operative care for patients that have had a range of surgical procedures including, Gynaecology, Urology, General Surgery, Elective Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology and Endoscopy . In addition to having current NMC registration applicants have an interest of working in the surgical and endoscopy environment. Previous experience within the pre/post op-operative environment and working within an endoscopy unit, is a definate advantage. The department offers team support and continuing education opportunities. Due to service demands the succesful candidates may need to work in both at Inverclyde Royal and the Royal Alexandra Hospital on a regular basis..The successful candidates are required to demonstrate flexibility by working within a service, which runs over a 5 day week.
