Redashe, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Industrial Equipment, require a Technical Salesperson to work alongside their expanding team.The role is in the Hose Reel DivisionThis is an interesting and varied role, initially office based but with the opportunity to progress. As you progress some overnight stays may be required when the Covid rules allow.Full training will be provided.Salary depending on experience,Bonus SchemeCompany Pension Scheme, after 3 months20 days holiday increasing to 25 days.Joining a highly successful sales team you will take a full and active part in the future progression of the company.Technical Requirements An understanding of industry and threaded fittings.An ability to understand customer requirements and to ask questions especially in relation to temperature and pressure70% of our products are for use with compressed air, but there are additional demands for water, jet wash, hydraulic fluid, oil, diesel, chemical, nitrogen, oxygen and welding gases. Also, a large part of our business is involved with the food & beverage industries. A good understanding of the above (or the ability to learn about) is vital for the role.You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.Some workshop and assembly experience with basic engineering skills would be useful but not essential.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customersManaging and interpreting customer requirementsPreparing client quotationsOffering after-sales support servicesAdministering client accountsAnalysing cost and profit marginsMeeting regular sales targetsCompleting import and export documents.
