Job Description

Our client is currently seeking, passionate, tenacious and articulate Financial Sales Executives / Sales Consultants / Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join their Sales Team. As an articulate Financial Sales Executive / Sales Consultant/ Sales Executive / Business Development Executive you will deal with a diverse range of clients on a global scale including, professional property investors and high net wealth individuals.In line with our clients plans for growth they are currently seeking, passionate, tenacious and committed individuals to join their sales Teams, working in their UK head office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professionalto elevate themselves on the next step of their career with strong potential to earn a high income with excellent commissions within a massively progressive global business.Reporting to the Sales Manager, in a fast paced working environment, you will be directly responsible for proactively contacting potential clients through their extensive internal database and leads generated from the companys marketing activity. This willinvolve qualifying and developing the clients interest, from the point of initial enquiry throughout the sales process with the overall objective of hitting sales targets by generating property sales, both over the telephone and through face-to-face meetings.The ideal Investment Sales Executives responsibilities will include:* To sell the targeted quantity of overseas and UK investment property.* To manage written and verbal communication with customers.* To organise phone and face-to-face meetings with clients* To qualify leads with aim of generating sales and hitting sales targets* To maintain good relationships with clients with the aim of generating repeat business and referral business.* To provide a first rate customer experience, meeting and surpassing the expectations of customers.* To maintain CRM system, updating customer records throughout all communication.* To ensure reservation payments are received promptly.The ideal Sales Executives key skills should include:* Passionate with a strong desire to succeed* Target driven and sales orientated* At least two years experience in a sales role. Ideally in a consultative sales environment* Possess excellent communication and listening skills. Able to communicate information verbally in a clear, concise and articulate manner.* Can build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues.* Can conduct yourself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment ethic.* Demonstrate strong initiative to provide relevant information to clients and manage their daily activity to maximise output.* Equal emphasis is placed on telephone sales as well as face-to-face sales so experience of both is highly desirableSalary Details: £25,000 Basic + Realistic 1st year OTE £50,000 / Year 2 onwards £70,000+* Due to expected high number of responses we will unfortunately be unable to respond to every applicant *
