Job Description

Night Porter Vacancy - Alderley Edge - Part timeWe arenow looking to recruitNight Portersto join the team at our stunning Alderley Edge Hotel.Night Porter benefits includes:

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Check in late arrivals and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.
  • Ensure that wake up calls are made promptly and book any taxis for guests.
  • Take room service orders and deliver to guests.
  • Residents barpreparing and serving drinks, cleaning duties.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
  • Ensure site is secure and complete regular walk arounds throughout the shift.
  • Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
  • Give personal attention, take personal responsibility and use teamwork to provide excellent guest service.
