Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - GroundworksMy client are a main contractor, part of a £50m t/o group, established for over 40 years, who specialise in groundworks and associated civil engineering projects.They are a financially robust and growing company who have doubled turnover over the last 3 years and are continuing to expand at a controlled and sustainable rate. They have a secure order book for this year and are continuing to tender for further works in line with their planned growth.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.They currently require an intermediate level Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to be based in their busy office.The majority of their projects are residential builds for major housebuilders and developers, and reputable main contractors. They have long standing relationships with their clients and work in partnership with them. They are able to supplying a range of services to their clients in conjuction with the other companies within the group, which adds genuine value to their offering.The position will entail both estimating and quantity surveying, working in a small, friendly team, reporting to a Commercial Manager.
