Are you an experienced TPN Nurse looking for a new challengeAre you looking for a rewarding role where you can work 1:1 with a patient in their own homeWe are looking for experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to support our service users with their complex care needs.Our service user is an adolescent male who lives in Accrington with his family and requires overnight TPN nursing.This young boy has a range complex care needs that will require you to manage, engage and encourage positive behaviours through activities.He has a comprehensive care plan in place that you will work from, and you will receive ongoing support and assistance from our inhouse experienced Clinical Nurse Specialists and localised office team.Our ideal candidates will be an experienced TPN Nurse ideally having worked / specialised with Children & Young People and hold a valid NMC PIN.You will also have the following attributes, empathy, sensitivity, compassion, along with patience, resilience, assertiveness, excellent communication and organistation skills with the ability to problem-solving and use sound judgement.We have two part time waking night positions available.Essential Experience Required Current NMC PIN TPN NursingDesirable Experience Childrens & Young People NurseManaging & Encouraging BehavioursWe have the following shifts available; Waking Night shifts (10hr shift)The role we have will enable you to make a positive impact using your valuable skills and experience.
