Job Description

Our clients a well-established and thriving Estate Agency who are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in their successful Accrington Branch.They are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry and is extremely motivated. In return, you will have support throughout with a brilliant earning potential.Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Every other Saturday 9:30 am - 3 pm. You will receive one days annual leave when you have worked two Saturdays, to be taken in the following month.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
  • An attractive Basic of £25,000 - £27,500
  • OTE up to £38,500
  • Free Parking
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator you must have:
  • Previous Sales Negotiator experience
  • Motivated and driven
  • Highly organised
  • Personable
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:
  • Overseeing Negotiators
  • Carrying out valuations
  • Working alongside the Branch Manager
  • Advising and helping the vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
  • Having a good knowledge of your local market develops a reputation as an expert in your field.
  • Work closely with your team.
  • Help train and mentor new members of staff
