Make a difference every day and give back to your community!This role is based within a Care Home and as such an understanding and respect for the needs and privacy of our residents is very important.This role will be based at Springhill Care Home, Accrington. The home has been specially designed to cater to the every need of 116residents, living with a range of physical, age related and mental health conditions that require dignified support from ourcaring team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our residents individual abilities.Hours - 25.25 per week over a 4 week rolling rota. You will require the ability to be flexible, approachable, well organised and the skillto prioritiseis essential. As well as providing an effective first point of contact, you will also positively promote and communicate your shared belief in our goal of delivering excellence in person centred care.Previous experience in an administration role is desirable, as well as knowledgewith Microsoft Word and Excel databases.
