Job Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Procurement Strategy and Pricing Manager to join an expanding organisation in Lancashire. The role is a permanent role, with a salary between £45,000 and £52,000, and hybrid working available.The Role:

  • Build a preferred supplier model, including contractual, financial and quality agreements in line with business requirements
  • Set up a supplier pricing model that takes into account market conditions, impact on the market, and other commercial settings
  • Build relationships with relevant business to understand any potential issues and factors that may impact the market and rates
  • Work with the data team to provide the sales team with financial data that outlines all factors that impact supplier costs
  • Ensure sufficient supply across the network of the business
  • Ensure the supply chain meets quality and compliance standards
The Person:
  • Experienced with handling and dealing with financial data
  • Strong leadership skills to manage the procurement team
  • Experienced in converting financial data into procurement strategy
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
