Job Description

Our client is an established accountancy practice in Accrington, providing accountancy services to businesses in the North West. They are a forward-thinking and innovative firm that has embraced new technology to provide a first-class service to its clients.As an accountant at our clients practice, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, providing them with a comprehensive range of accountancy services. This will include

  • Preparing accounts for Ltd companies and sole traders
  • Corporation tax computations
  • Self-assessment returns
  • Bookkeeping
  • VAT/HMRC returns
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience working in an accountancy practice. Our client will also consider candidates qualified by experience. You should be proficient in using digital software suites such as Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.In addition to this, you must be a good communicator, as you will be expected to talk to clients daily.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm that can offer career progression opportunities.
