Job Description

We are looking for a creative Marketing Executive apprentice to join our growing digital team. This is a remote role with bi-monthly travel to London and/or our HQ in Lancashire as required. You will be reporting to the Managing Director & General Manager(internal leads of PR & Marketing), who will provide support and will require weekly and monthly reports on activities.A typical day

  • Creating and developing content strategies to support the use of our Social Media platforms
  • Working with partners to develop and share jointly-curated content to build further exposure for our activities
  • Writing copy to be distributed to different organisations and partners
  • Developing innovative digital content such as Videos, Audio Recordings, etc. as and when the need for professional content rises
  • Management of Content Management Systems for our website
  • Propose ideas for new and innovative digital content or updates
  • Attend and manage public events with the Directors to ensure we maintain a consistent level of on-the-ground engagement with the public
  • Arrange PR & Advertising meetings for the Directors
  • Attend meetings with partners and other organisations to further support work in partnership with other organisations
  • Develop direct-to-client E-Mail marketing campaigns
  • Manage Television, Radio and Newspaper Coverage, supporting the Directors in creating content
  • Write and develop Press Releases and manage relationships with members of the local media
  • Develop and run paid advertisements across Social Media platforms to drive engagements and generate new leads
You must have
  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
Skills needed

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong collaborator, with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Innovative and independent, taking the lead on areas of responsibility
