Job Description

Description We are looking for a Lead Generator to work with a further education provider in Accrington.The role will involve the following:-1. To utilise market intelligence and local employer research to identify potentially suitable local employers who may benefit from the Clients services2. To generate quality leads for the employment team through a variety of methods including:

  • Calling existing customers to provide exceptional customer service and obtain repeat business
  • Building relationships with new local employers from scratch, establishing rapport and booking appointments for business development opportunities
  • Utilising appropriate email marketing tools
3. To support the development and maintenance of relationships with employers4. To support the Account Managers in compiling Training Plans5. To be a pro-active point of contact for employers in the absence of Account Managers and to update records accordingly6. To access and maintain the Clients customer relationship management system7. To thrive in a target driven environment, constantly pushing to build relationships and increase lead generation8. To work together as a team and share information in order to support deliveryHours of work: Monday-Thursday 8.40am-5.00pm : Friday 8.40am-4.30pmRate of Pay: £22801 - £24688 per annum pro-rataPlease note that this is a 2 month temporary position with a view to extend to 6 months
