As part of the groups long-term plan to create visibility and continued long term revenuegrowth, the business seeks to appoint a Finance Business Partner to operate across Finance, Operations and Supply chain, whilst ensuring that divisional leads receive collaborative project focused support through a true business partnering approach.In a newly created role, the incoming Finance Business Partner will project based analysis and support to maximise business performance and profitability.Critical impact areas for the incoming Finance Business Partner will include:-Establishing yourself as a valued member of the business and the go to person relating to all project focused performance. Provide operationally and commercially focused support, whilst instilling accountability of performance at a budgetary level.Lead a number of business critical projects, providing efficiency and accuracy throughout the lifetime of a project, to support cost saving, and business improvement, while consistently tracking and reporting on profitability, to enable continued revenuegrowth across the business.Ensure the delivery of best in class financial information, optimising, developing the standardisation and harmonising of current processes and controls across the UK and European entities to improve efficiency, create automation and enhance the qualityof information, while driving business critical KPIs, to ensure the continued optimum performance.Demonstrate an Inquisitive mindset and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders, including commercial, operational and supply teams, through a collaborative, business-partnering approach.Provide clear, concise and timely reporting and analysis on the key business drivers of financial performance and the effective support required across the Senior Management Team. Inclusive of the analysis of margins, ensuring the accuracy of data and identifyingthe performance of each operating contract, while identifying critical impact areas on the business to support in profit maximisation.Develop and implement the appropriate financial models which are fit for purpose to support and drive strategic decision making across the business.Support with M&A activity from an analytical and visibility perspective both pre and post acquisition implementation.Support with the input of critical information for the board reporting, through analysis and insightful commentary on both financial and non-financial measures, ensuring KPIs are informative to enable accurate understanding of the businesss performance.Engage, develop, and maintain strong and effective working relationships across the entire organisation, understanding nuances to create a culture of collaboration, information sharing and good business practice. Quickly building trust and credibility acrossthe business to support a culture of strong financial collaboration and good business practice.Support the Finance department and wider business, understanding individuals skill sets and providing them with the tools they need to succeed and deliver.An analytical, detail orientated approach to reporting MI across the finance function and the wider business to ensure a no surprises reporting environment.The successful candidateWill be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA), demonstrating excellent communication skills with the ambition to grow their career within a high growth orientated environment and strong systems skills, business modelling and excellent excel ability.The Opportunity You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package, annual bonus, excellent benefits package and an second to none working culture.
