Job Description

EYFS Teacher

  • Full-time (Monday-Friday)
  • £90-£135 per day
  • Start Date: September 1st
A primary school in the Accrington (BB5) are working closely with Teaching Personnel to recruit an EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team, starting in September 2022 until December 2022. This role is currently full-time and is a great opportunity toteach within a thriving primary school.The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience in teaching across the early years curriculum, including a sound knowledge of phonics and schemes such as Jolly Phonics. They must also have a passion for teaching and be invested in making apositive impact on the lives of young people.This would be the perfect opportunity for a teacher seeking their next opportunity working within a vibrant primary school. The role holds lots of potential for the right candidate, if you feel you meet the below requirements you are encouraged to applyas soon as possible, for immediate consideration.Essential requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Prior experience of teaching in the Early Years
  • Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and how to implement them effectively
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a range of assessment requirements and arrangements
  • Demonstrates a personal commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and rights of young people
  • High levels of drive and energy
  • Able to set and achieve realistic goals for pupils
  • Able to support, motivate and inspire others
  • Sense of humour, good listener, positive outlook
  • Able to work as part of a team
