Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorPart Time Evenings Permanent ContractSalary: £20,000 p/r - Increasing over timeOffice Based Working in Accrington, BB5We are currently looking for customer service experts to join our client based onsite at their offices in Accrington. Working part time on their evenings shiftWhat will you be doing

  • Ensuring customers are provided with the best service possible at all times
  • Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Updating internal systems, ensuring all contact is recorded accurately
  • To resolve complaints to a high standard and maintain the reputation of our client
  • To be bold enough to make decisions and take ownership when resolving customer complaints
  • To communicate with stores, DCs and suppliers regarding required information and changes to procedures
  • To achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team and CS Managers
Full training and development will be provided upon starting as part of the teamHours of working:
  • Shifts are Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm with the option of Saturday 9am-4pm
