Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorFull Time 37.5hr Permanent ContractSalary: £20,000 p/a - Increasing over time to between £21,000 and £22,000Office Based Working in Accrington, BB5Start Date: 13th or 20th JuneWe are currently looking for customer service experts to join our client based onsite at their offices in Accrington.What will you be doing

  • Ensuring customers are provided with the best service possible at all times
  • Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Updating internal systems, ensuring all contact is recorded accurately
  • To resolve complaints to a high standard and maintain the reputation of our client
  • To be bold enough to make decisions and take ownership when resolving customer complaints
  • To communicate with stores, DCs and suppliers regarding required information and changes to procedures
  • To achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team and CS Managers
Full training and development will be provided upon starting as part of the teamHours of working:
  • 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
  • Shifts are 7.5 hours per day between 8am-7pm and 1 Saturday in 3
  • Salary is £20,000 increasing to £21,000 upon passing probation and then £22,000 when they hit KPIs for 3 months
