Job Description

Package up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)Our client is a fast paced and successful business who due to growth and success are looking to recruit a number of new positions. The opportunity has arisen to join the firm in the role of Compliance Advisory Manager. In this role you will lead, adviseand guide the business on current and future compliance matters in line with the FCA, ISO, ASA and any other regulatory requirements, to ensure well informed decisions are made around products services and operations, supporting cultural change and puttingthe customer at the heart of everything.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, advising and guiding on conduct risk and compliance across the business, to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Creating, implementing and maintaining appropriate compliance policies and procedures throughout the business
  • Leading, managing and approving the delivery of regulatory training to raise awareness and education on all areas of compliance and risk changes/requirements
  • Leading on, delivering and supporting the delivery of projects and Business as Usual activities through specialist knowledge and experience
