Summary of Position: Safely and effectively program, set and operate 5 axis mill/turn machines manufacturingprecisioncomponents fromengineering drawings.Complete all setups and efficiently run moderate to very complex parts on CNC machines following detailed set up instructions. Minimum of 5+ years experience programming, setting up and operating CNC Mazak machines, machining various types of materialsMust Liaise with the engineering department about the development/updates of documented setup sheets, tool lists and other associated documentationnecessary for efficient manufacturing of machined components.Must consistently demonstrate the ability to meet critical engineering specifications as shownonengineeringprints.
