Childrens Registered Manager (Dual registered) - Accrington, LancashireSalary: £40,000 - £55,000 + 20% increase for managing 2 homesHours: 40 hours per weekHere at Brook Street Social Care, we are working with an inspiring organisation that provides care for vulnerable children and young people across the Lancashire and Greater Manchester area. We have an exciting opportunity for a Childrens Registered Managerto register, develop and oversee a fabulous home within the Accrington Area. We are seeking an experienced professional manager to build, develop and support a team that continuously strive to engage, motivate, and instil confidence and life skills for themost positive outcomes for children and young people. If you are engaging and passionate about inspiring the independence of children and young people, then this role is for you!Your key responsibilities as the Registered Manager:As a Registered Manager you will be integral to the smooth running of daily life within the home, enabling young people to thrive. You will inspire and lead your team to run a warm and friendly home, providing a safe and supportive environment for childrenand young people to help them achieve positive outcomes. You will continuously achieve compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and ensure the home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality. You will be responsible for the organisationof work patterns, facilitation of training, and the access of appropriate services to support the childcare practices within your homes.
