Job Description

Office AdministratorWe are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a fantastic company based in the Accrington area. Competitive salary, excellent company benefits, including generous holidays, pension scheme, healthcare and free parking.You will self driven and confident with exceptional organisational, communication and IT skills. The role will involve carrying out the following duties:

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries regarding delivery schedules
  • Liaison with internal departments, drivers and customers to resolve any queries
  • Arranging documents in an efficient and convenient manner for storage and future reference
  • Scanning and filing paperwork onto an in-house system
  • Ensuring invoices are filled in correctly
  • Produce administrative update schedules for the Team Supervisors
  • Accurately uploading delivery schedules onto the in-house system
We are looking for someone with:
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within an admin environment
  • Background in manufacturing or warehouse admin would be preferable although not essential
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability with work various software packages, including Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner, friendly, polite and informative
  • Self motivated to manage own workload
The working hours are Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm. The office environment is open plan, outgoing, bustling, a hive of activity, beautiful surroundings, plush offices and a great team ethic.
