Are you an experienced support professional who is seeking their next part-time role in a truly unique service If so, BRC have a fantastic permanent opportunity for you!You will be required to work within an accommodation-based service for up to 5 people who are at risk of being admitted to hospital or people that are currently in hospital due to their mental health challenges and are ready to resettle into the community.The successful candidate will step into a close-knit team which truly wants to make a difference to the lifes of vulnerable people, promoting a good mental wellbeing. This project helps clients to develop life skills and move towards resilient and independentliving for the first time in many years. The service encourages tenants to support their social needs and minimuse the risk of mental health relapse.You will provide support for the tenants and be responsible for the housing management whilst on shift. This may include, delivering activities, cleaning, providing support sessions in order to promote independence, and being the first point on contractfor tenants regarding any matters.This is a fantastic permanent opportuning to secure a long-term position for one of the top Housing Associations in Wales.
