Support Platform Analyst / Manager for an initial 3 month contract - fully remote - Outside IR35 £300-£400 per dayLoriens SaaS client has an urgent need for a Support Platform Analyst / Manager for an initial 3 month contract (its fully remote with the first 1-2 weeks being up in Aberdeen for an initial handover (expenses all covered).You will be monitoring the hosted environment for a leading SaaS solution and be responsible for managing the upgrade releases of software and data loads of their end clients data into the SaaS product databases.Ideally you will come from a SaaS product background business, with strong stakeholder and customer services skills as you will be working very closely with their end client and handling SLAs tickets. They are moving all their customers from on-prem to theAzure cloud so previously skills in doing this would be highly beneficial.Ideally you will have knowledge in the following areas:
