We are looking for carers like you to join us! As a Student Nurse in Aberdeen, Stonehaven and the surrounds, youll play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting the vulnerable people in your local community during these unprecedented times. Youll support with personal care tasks, posture care, mealpreparation, clinical needs, social activities and any other services needed.It is essential that you have previous experience of working within childrens services and caring for service users with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and in palliative care. Role requirements To apply for this rewarding role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. This will ensure you have an emotional and clinical understanding of what it takes to deliver homecare. You must be SSSC registered or commit to registering when you join our team.Youll need to be an approachable and understanding people person, ready to become a key part of your service users support network. You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate,we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process.
