About The RoleSous ChefFull Time, 40 hours per week, Aberdeen. We are excited to recruit a creative Sous Chef to join our Aberdeen Market Kitchen concept.Market Kitchen is a brand new concept for Morrisons and will be based within our busy Aberdeen Store following the successful launch of Market Kitchens across the UK.Market Kitchen will use ingredients straight from our famous Market Street to create delicious and affordable meals for customers. Customers can either wait for food to be prepared by our chefs, pick it up in pre-packed portions, or order food from home viaDeliveroo. Our food offering will be trend driven and often reacting to consumer behaviours and feedback and will offer tasty dishes on the go at affordable prices. As Sous Chef you will be accountable for supporting the end to end process of all food produced and serviced through the Market Kitchen directed by the Head Chef, deputising in their absence.
