Development Lead Up to £70,000 dependant on experienceC#, .Net, SQL, AzureHead Resourcing are pleased to be assisting one of our Engineering services clients in Aberdeen as they look to hire a talented Development Lead. Our client works on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week in the office for collaboration and team meetings.They are looking for an experienced Development Lead to come in and be the technical lead for a small team of developers.In this role the successful candidate will lead a team of six developers working on our clients completions management software product. The role holder will remain technically hands on and work closely with the Product Manager to plan sprints and managedevelopment workflow. A key element of the role will be managing the teams workload and priorities, carrying out code reviews as well as pre-implementation design reviews.
