Job Description

  • Processing work orders (both PPM and follow-up) sent via the Maximo CAFM system
  • Answer phone calls, create and schedule work orders for maintenance technicians, and forward work orders to employees / contractors
  • Monitor job progress, record work instructions, and provide clients with up-to-date work process information
  • Fill in all fields with relevant information such as purchase orders, service reports, and log notes to ensure that all work orders are completed within the SLA on time
  • Make sure technician records, service reports, timesheets, etc. are filled out accurately and on time
  • Timely
  • Schedule engineer follow-up work and organize next months PPM generation of monthly client report statistics for submission to contract managers in the desired format
Requirements:
