Operations shall be performed in compliance with the IT Security standards and applicable legislation. Your future duties and responsibilitiesYou will monitor security alerts from the SIEM (Security Incident and Event Management) and investigates suspected security incidents in order to make recommendations for containment and eradication. As part of the SOC team, you will monitor security alerts,determine severity, and impacts as well as participates in security incident investigations and recommendations. Ensuring that IT systems, applications, and communication equipment within the process control environment are managed and maintained.Primary responsibility is to provide technical support in a Control Systems environmentEnsure run & maintain support issues are dealt with effectivelyEnsure run and maintain support work follows the compliant proceduresProduce and maintain key documentationCollaborate effectively with wider global support teamThe role will include an element of travel to work offshore so you will need to be comfortable with this. There will be an additional shift allowance payable for this. You will need to be able to quickly identify problems and help formulate practical solutions to these issues in a critical environment.
