Key responsibilities In this Senior Project Managers job, your responsibilities will include:Liaise with client and all 3rd party design team and consultantsLine manager to 4 Site Managers based on 2 sections of the project (Provide all assistance required to keep works on programme)Provide monthly reports to Line Director on full status of jobMaintain and update programme and red line status as requiredProvide monthly reports to clientHold monthly meetings and as further required with the client and any representativesAssist Site Management team in weekly meetings with all sub-contractorsMaintain and oversee all drawing issue updates and variations with site administratorOversee and control site processes and site protocol to meet client requirementsControl change process and handover protocols along with all other requirements to meet clients requirementsSkills & experience10+ years experience in housing sector or experience in residential development.Candidates must be credible, articulate and driven, possessing the ability to successfully lead and manage the performance of other staff members and external consultants.Self-confident, decisive, flexible, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.Excellent communication skillsWorks well on their own and with a teamExperience in dealing with local authority clerk of worksGood working knowledge of Microsoft packageASTA experience (Preferred)ASITE experience or similar document controller Benefits You will have the opportunity to work with a leading developer in the North East of Scotland who has a who has a genuine interest in career progression and stability.
