Job Description

Senior Legal CounselFully Remote£95,000£110,000Fantastic fully remote Senior Legal Counsel opportunity within our PLC clients top in-house legal team.This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to forward their career within this well-known PLC business.As part of the legal team, you will work with stakeholders to achieve pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes, balancing both client and supplier needs.You will be responsible for a wide variety of high-quality matters including:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
  • Managing progression and resolution of disputes with clients and suppliers
  • Stakeholder management
  • Briefing our clients Head of Legal on contractual relationships
  • Supporting and developing other members within the team
Our client holds their competencies and attributes close, knowing this is what makes them successful and allows them to provide an outstanding service.You will be commercially minded and solution focused, have outstanding written and oral skills, attention to detail, and be very proactive.To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to thrive without supervision and be experienced managing complex matters You must be a Commercial Contracts Specialist with the experience of outsourcing and servicing contracts, and of negotiating anddrafting bespoke contracts.
