Job Description

A global leading provider of IT and Geoscience solutions to the oil and gas industry is looking for an experienced Senior IT Consultant to provide leading IT Operational Services & Support. This position will be based in the Aberdeen office with a hybridoffice & On-site/home working model. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a successful organisation and become part of a growing business.Within this role you will be involved inIT operations and support for customers. You will participate in and lead projects all while maintaining documentation of our operational environments. You will be involved in the design, delivery, and documentationof customer solutions in accordance with relevant requirements.You will be a team player with a mindset for collaboration and skill set to interact with technical environments and decision makers. As a consultant you will work onsite with our customers, and subsequently you will have close collaboration with the customersin your portfolio in addition to vendors and internal departments.As a Senior IT Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Active Directory Cloud Services I.e., Azure and O365.
  • Mobile device management.
  • Taking part in projects and documentation for our operational environments.
  • Taking involvement in design, delivery, and documentation of customer solutions in accordance with related requirements.
  • Working onsite with our customers, therefore you will work closely with the customers in addition to vendors and internal departments.
We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Relevant experience or a proven track record of working in a commercial environment.
  • Competent in business English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Clean Drivers licence.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and objective.
  • Professionally proficient with business insights.
