Job Description

Title: (3 month Contract) SCOTLAND Logistics & Office ADMINISTRATORSLocations: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Dundee and EdinburghLanguages: English ( other languages are always helpful)Contract type: 12 weeks work from end Sept to end Dec 2021 (12 weeks)Pay rate: £12-£14 per hour + additional holiday pay ( equivalent to an annual salary of £26,880 prorated)Location: at locations all around the UKCar driver: You will need to have your own transport to get to workHours 6am-2.30pm Monday to Friday or Wednesday to Sunday The Company: global technology and e-commerce business that needs extra "hands-on-deck" to help with the Christmas rush. This is a proper office-based admin role and will be incredibly busy during this period. There is a fabulous team workethic here .The role: Based in a distribution centre you will look after the logistics of package deliveries

  • Working in regional teams you will liaise with warehouse
  • Support team leaders in the office
  • Checking of stock in and out of warehouse
  • Run daily stock tracking reports
  • Use of internal databases and general data entry
  • Take inbound enquiries
  • Liaise with the delivery crews on-the-road
  • This includes receiving stock information,
  • issuing and then dispatching delivery information
  • Liaising with freight companies
Requirements
  • Available to start on 27th Sept and work till end of Dec ( including Christmas day )
  • Admin skills
