Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / BDM / Sales Engineer required with a background selling services/spare parts to the Oil & Gas industry for a growing, but global business within the Cranes industry.Working closely with Technical departments, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities primarily within the Drilling sector of Oil & Gas. This will be on both short term and long term projects.Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / BDM / Sales Engineer / Sales Representative Package:Salary negotiable dependant on experience.Individual bonus schemeCompany bonus scheme based on profit.PensionHolidaySales Manager / Business Development Manager / BDM / Sales Engineer / Sales Representative Responsibilities:Work closely with technical departments to ensure new business is brought on in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly within Drilling across the UK & Europe.Build and maintain sales pipeline of both short term and long term wins.Work with senior management on targeting new markets/opportunities.Provide input into the annual marketing budgeting process to assist your sales teams effort.Work with other Managers on developing a marketing strategy for new opportunities.Travel to client meetings.Work with the support of two internal sales people.Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / BDM / Sales Engineer / Sales Representative Requirements:Previous experience selling to the Oil & Gas industry is essentialExperience selling specifically to the Drilling sector will be advantageous.Knowledge of Cranes / Material/Mechanical handling equipment will be beneficial.A technical degree or qualification will be beneficial.A willingness to travel to client meetingsBased near Aberdeen
