Rig Supervisor (Offshore) (EU Passport Required)£27,500 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Offshore Allowance OTE £42k - £45k + BenefitsBased in the North Sea, NorwayAre you a Supervisor with Offshore experience and an EU passport looking for 6 months off a year, an attractive overseas allowance, responsibility in a leadership role and a variety of workWorking on a Rig, you will operate a range of equipment for a market leading O&G business. In this role, you will work 12-hour days and will be one of the go-to Supervisors, with further opportunity to progress into senior management. This position is physicallydemanding, so would require someone who is happy fit and able to carry out manual labour. This company specialise in the stimulation of oil wells and are market leaders in what they do. Coupled with excellent retention rates, they are known for continuously investing in their employees, through development, training and progression.This role would suit an Offshore Operator who has previously supervised a team, who is happy to work 12-hour days for 21 days straight, with every other month off, an attractive overseas allowance and an industry leading package, in a permanent role.
