Job Description

Join our team!Are you a passionate Regional Head Chef If so, wed love you to join our team!This role sits within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, were one of the industrys largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus availableto pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I have matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.We look after a range of sites from Stadia, Events and B&I. We require an Regional Executive Chef who can look after our exclusive sites within this division. This is a unique opportunity for you to work across a dynamic and diverse division with some amazing, passionate teams.What youll be doing...Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the food standards and work with our Chefs and Unit managers to ensure the highest standard of quality and presentation is maintained, along with compliance of all food policies.
  • Ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the customers.
  • Budget management and to be the custodian of the Regions Gross Profit performance
  • To provide trouble shooting support to operational management as required and directed by the Senior Management
  • Supporting the business with high level hospitality and events
  • Supporting sales presentations and help promote the companys services.
  • Work with the operations and unit team to mobilise new sites
  • Work with the operations team to cover existing sites
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients.
  • Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
  • Compliance with all Company & Client policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  • Completing company bookwork
  • To assist in providing accurate reports on unit-based activity and outcomes
  • Training permanent and casual staff and assist on delivering training sessions
  • Support in auditing/monitor the quality of the service
  • Delivering promotional initiatives, contributing to business development
Working Pattern: 5 Days out of 7What can you bringIn this role:
  • Previous experience in a highly skilled food role, must have excellent cooking skills in both presentation and taste. Innovation and passion for great food
  • Relevant catering qualification and formally trained Chef
  • IT proficient.
  • Extensive experience and strong financial understanding of finances and budgets
  • Strong communicating skill and ability to adapting style to difference audience and levels
  • Experience of working in a compliance environment
  • A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service skills
  • Broad food industry knowledge from volume catering to fine dining/hospitality
  • Ability to adapt to change and have a flexible approach
  • You must be a self-motivated individual who works well unsupervised.
  • You must have excellent people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills required, to build relationships with customers and clients alike.
  • Demonstrates confidence with a Can do attitude.
