We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our commercial team in Aberdeen, on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based at our Aberdeen office and is a Monday – Friday role.You will manage a team of Account Managers and BD executives who are key to our growth and success. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our external clients, providing a high quality, efficient and smooth service.We supply our services in the Energy/Renewables/Marine and Oil and Gas markets so somebody who has experience winning business and servicing decision makers in these sectors would make an ideal fit.What you will do:• Attend client contract meetings, to discuss contract planning, delivery, and activity.• Report activity to clients monthly, or in line with contractual requirements.• Plan and identify targeted upsell/cross sell opportunities with the portfolio of accounts.• Work closely with the General Manager to implement company objectives and departmental policies.• Train, develop and review performance with Account Managers and BD Team• Personally manage the top 5 high spend accounts for the business and establish strong relationships with decision makers.About you:• Proven experience as team manager in a commercial or sales-based role• Possess excellent time-management, communication, and organisation skills.• Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including excel.• Previous experience growing accounts and winning business with energy companies• Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and close a pipeline of sales opportunities.• Proven experience in developing engagement strategies and managing complex accounts.Benefits Package:• Annual sales bonus• Car allowance• Private medical• Meals on duty• Cycle to work scheme
