Recruitment Consultant - ConstructionAberdeen£25,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission & Car Allowance DOEJoin our well established Construction division in our Aberdeen Office at Search as a Recruitment Consultant!Following strong financial success, we have visions for consistent growth - if you are an experienced sales person, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager, we would love to hear from you!We hope you can bring a strong skillset, which can focus on negotiating and winning new business, as well as retaining this by delivering the best outcomes. Any market knowledge within the Construction industry would be beneficial in identifying key competitors,clients and sourcing talent.Throughout your journey with Search, youll be part of an infrastructure which allows you to learn, grow and develop at a quick pace based on clear results - we aim to acknowledge achievement whenever possible.
