Project administratorDyce, Aberdeen£20000-£24000 + Pension + healthcare package + holidayExcellent opportunity to join a leading engineering company who will offer you a varied role which chances to learn new skills and progress.Based in Dyce this company specialise in the design and manufacture of subsea equipment that are supplied into the oil and gas industry.2020 is set to be an exciting year for the company as they look to increase headcount and invest into its technology and staff.In this role you will assist with Project Department Admin duties. This will include Compilation and administration of MRBs, assist with preparation of work instructions for issuing to the workshop and assist the Finance department, including logging and processing supplier invoices using Sage.The ideal candidate will have experience either with documentation or finance and be competent with MS office.This is a great role for a Project administrator to join a leading company where you will be a vital cog in the wheel.The role:*To assist with Project Department Admin duties. *Compilation and administration of MRBs.*Assist with preparation of work instructions for issuing to the workshop.*Co-ordination and arrangement of NDT activities and related documentations including reports, logs, NDT requests, Purchase Orders, delivery and collection notes)*Assist the Finance department, including logging and processing Supplier invoices using Sage. * Monday to Thursday - 0800 to 1630, Friday - 0800 to 1400.The person:*Have experience either with documentation or finance would be beneficial.*Must be good with MS office applications- word, excel and powerpoint.The services of Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are that of an Employment Agency.Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd regrets to inform that our client can only accept applications from engineering candidates who have a valid legal permit or right to work in the United Kingdom.
