    • Aberdeen Maternity Hospital theatre team require a dynamic, person centred and forward thinking Staff Nurse/ODP to join us.We offer theatre procedures to obstetric patients across NHS Grampian and beyond. As a result, we are a very busy and rapidly expanding team. We are available for our patients on a 24/7 basis, therefore the successful candidate would ideally be able to cover 12 hour shifts both day, night & weekends. There is however, some room for flexibility in this.Good team working skills are essential, as is an interest in the care of patients undergoing obstetric theatre procedures. Experience is not necessary, but a desire to learn and maintain professional development is paramount. We can offer training across all areas of perioperative practice and have some very exciting future opportunities, looking ahead to the opening of the Baird Family Hospital. As a result, an ability to embrace change and motivate others would be advantageous.We are a very sociable team (outside of the global pandemic) and partake in regular team building activities, such as entering a team into the beast race, days out, get togethers and seasonal parties.
